Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact hello@sierraforester.com and include details of damage with photos of the damaged product(s) within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive the required information, we will start the exchange process and damage claim.
